Can every PDF be repaired?
Not always. If the parts of the file that hold the pages are missing, nothing can bring them back; you’ll get a clear message.
Why won’t my PDF open?
Common causes are an interrupted download, a failed email attachment or a bug in the program that saved it. Repair fixes most of these.
Is it safe for confidential files?
Your file is sent over HTTPS, encrypted on arrival with a key only your browser keeps, processed in an isolated sandbox, and deleted as soon as you download the result (at most one hour later). Files can be up to 20 MB.
